CURRENCY

All our transactions are in EUR mostly but you can also choose to pay in your own currency.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments in credit cards and bank transfer. We accept all major credit cards via our secure payment partner : Stripe. - Shopify Payment . Banks, Credit card companies may apply additional charges such as currency fees for international purchases.

DELIVERY

We offer to choose between 2 types of deliveries on our website :

- UPS/DHL 2 to 5 days

- Or Mondial Relay (3 to 5 working days) - Relay Point - available only for items under 350€ and for France, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria, Portugal and Netherlands.

 

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

All items are shipped from Spain and may be subject to local import taxes or custom duties. We Bam Luxury Store provides DHL/UPS with all required shipping information upon dispatch, and any additional duties or taxes will be calculated by DHL/UPS and payment will be taken at time of delivery.

We are not liable for delays in orders because of custom clearance issues at destination. 

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.

We, Bam Luxury Store makes the effort to maintain live product listings. In the rare event that we are unable to successfully deliver items due to a mismatch in inventory, we will cancel the order and make a full refund.

Local regulations may also prohibit import of items made with exotic materials etc ...

REFUND POLICY

We do not accept any return. Except if the product received is not what it was on the description and photos.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and the tag Bam Luxury Store, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return will be at your cost and not the one of Bam Luxury Store in any way, always use DHL/UPS. If the package get lost we can't offer the refund. You should take the insurance.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We can refuse if the product is second hand.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Also on the refunds we will charge you for the payment commission we had from Shopify.
