ALMA PAYMENT SERVICE DISCLOSURE
The credit service from Alma is offered for payment processing, conditional upon the Buyer’s acceptance of Alma’s installment or deferred payment terms. All transactions are protected by 3D Secure technology.
Available payment ranges via Alma: €200 to €4000 in 2x, 3x, or 4x installments.
Transaction fees are covered by BAM Luxury Store (no extra cost for the customer). Additional fees may apply based on Alma’s terms.
If Alma denies credit approval, the purchase contract may be void unless the Buyer agrees to pay the full amount upfront.
If our Terms of Sale are cancelled, the Alma payment contract is also cancelled. If the deferred payment solution is revoked, the order contract is automatically void unless full payment is made. If the item was shipped, it must be returned within the timeframe specified in our Terms of Sale.
For 5 or more installments (not currently offered):
The credit is issued by Alma SAS, a regulated payment and finance company approved by the ACPR under registration no. 17408 – CIB code.
Under Article L.312-50 of the French Consumer Code, a receipt with the following excerpts is provided:
