Do I need to pay for the expedition? 

You will take care of sending the item to our office. However, please note that we are not responsible for the shipment until we physically collect the package. If you would like us to arrange and send you a shipping label, the cost for the label will be deducted from the final amount payable upon consignment.


What is the payment method you offer?

What is the payment plan?

We offer a convenient payment plan where you can divide the total cost of your item into 2, 3, or 4 monthly payments. To obtain the payment plan, you can either contact us directly or make the purchase on our website and choose the bank transfer option during checkout. Once the full amount is paid, we will promptly send you the item. All payments started is not refundable.

Is there insurance on the package?  

Please note that insurance is not included in the standard shipment. To ensure your package is covered, you have two options. You can either select the insurance option during the checkout process (if not offered please contact us before or after purchasing) or send us a message requesting insurance for your package.

What transport company you use for the expedition? 

We offer free delivery in EU for all the orders with Mondial Relay/Inpost (when available in your country). Otherwise, we work with DHL or UPS for other countries, or if you want to pay and don't use Mondial Relay. 

How much is it for the expedition?

How much will be customs and duties?

The amount of duties and taxes associated with your order is determined by the delivery address you provide. Our items are shipped from Spain in UE. For detailed information regarding duties and taxes specific to your location, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information. This can't be more than 20% of the purchase price usually.
