RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE – FINAL SALE
Due to the nature of our business and the sale of pre-owned luxury items, all sales are final.
Bam Luxury Store does not accept returns or exchanges, except in the limited and strictly defined cases expressly described in this policy.
By placing an order on our website, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this final sale principle.
2. EXCEPTION – ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED OR WRONG ITEM
A return may be accepted exclusively if one of the following situations applies:
- The item received is not the item ordered, or
- The item is materially not as described in the product description and photos.
Minor variations inherent to pre-owned items, natural wear consistent with the stated condition, slight imperfections, patina, or subjective dissatisfaction do not constitute valid grounds for return.
3. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in strictly the same condition as when received,
- Be unused, unworn, and unaltered,
- Include all original accessories, packaging, cards, dust bags, certificates, tags, inserts, and any element originally provided,
- Show no additional signs of wear, damage, odor, handling, or use.
Any item failing to meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer at their sole expense.
4. RETURN REQUEST PROCEDURE
All return requests must:
- Be submitted in writing by email to 📧 contact@bamluxurystore.com,
- Be made prior to sending any item back,
- Include clear photos, videos if requested, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Returns sent without prior written approval from Bam Luxury Store will be automatically refused.
5. RETURN SHIPPING & LIABILITY
All return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.
Returned items must:
- Be shipped exclusively via trusted carriers,
- Be sent directly to our address (no pickup points),
- Be fully insured for the item’s full value,
- Include valid tracking and adequate packaging.
Bam Luxury Store assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, delay, seizure, or destruction of items during return shipment.
If a returned package is lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed in transit, no refund will be issued.
Any loss of insurance coverage caused by incorrect declarations, unauthorized contact with the carrier, or disclosure of the contents or value of the parcel voids any right to refund.
6. DAMAGES, EMPTY OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Any issue relating to:
- Damaged items,
- Empty packages,
- Missing contents,
must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, with supporting photos, videos, and documentation.
Claims reported outside this timeframe may be refused without exception.
If the customer contacts the carrier directly and discloses information regarding the nature, brand, value, or contents of the parcel, Bam Luxury Store shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss, theft, delay, damage, or refusal of insurance coverage.
Such disclosure may invalidate carrier insurance and fully releases Bam Luxury Store from liability.
7. EUROPEAN UNION – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
However, given the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, Bam Luxury Store reserves the right to refuse withdrawal where legally permitted, in particular when:
- The item has been authenticated,
- The condition of the item has changed after delivery,
- The product falls under legally accepted exceptions.
Where withdrawal is accepted:
- Return shipping costs and payment fees remain at the customer’s expense,
- The item must strictly comply with Section 3 of this policy.
8. NON-EU ORDERS
For orders delivered outside the European Union, no returns or refunds are accepted, except in cases of a proven error by Bam Luxury Store (wrong item shipped).
8bis. UNCLAIMED PARCELS & FAILED DELIVERY
If a parcel is returned to Bam Luxury Store due to:
- Failure by the customer to collect the parcel,
- Refusal of delivery,
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information,
- Expiration of the pickup period at a relay point,
the customer remains fully responsible.
In such cases:
- Return shipping fees charged by the carrier are borne entirely by the customer,
- Any re-shipment will only be processed after full payment of the new shipping costs,
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the customer fails to respond or refuses to pay the applicable return or re-shipment costs within a reasonable timeframe, Bam Luxury Store reserves the right to suspend the order without refund.
9. REFUNDS
If a return is approved after inspection:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method,
- Within 10 business days from approval, subject to bank processing times.
Payment processing fees, transaction fees, shipping fees, customs fees, and platform commissions are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE
Bam Luxury Store reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse or fraud,
- Suspend or permanently ban customer accounts,
- Cooperate fully with payment providers, insurers, carriers, and authorities in case of disputes or chargebacks.
This includes, without limitation, abusive return requests, false claims, failure to comply with delivery procedures, or actions that compromise shipment security or insurance coverage.
