Are your bags authentic ?

Yes. Every single bag sold at Bam Luxury Store is carefully authenticated before being listed online.

We specialise in pre-owned luxury handbags and work exclusively with genuine pieces. Each item is inspected by experienced professionals who verify materials, craftsmanship, serial numbers, hardware details and brand-specific markers. And above this human verification we also use the Entrupy device. You'll find more information on the Authentication page.

Authenticity is not optional in our business, it is the foundation of everything we do.

How do you authenticate luxury bags ?

Our authentication process combines human expertise with specialised verification methods used within the luxury resale industry as Entrupy device.

We analyse:

  • stitching precision
  • leather quality and grain
  • hardware engravings and weight
  • date codes or serial numbers when applicable
  • overall construction consistency

Only once a piece meets our standards is it approved for sale.

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity ?

Yes. Every order includes a Bam Luxury Store certificate of authenticity and an Entrupy one on bags.

For selected pieces, an additional external authentication certificate may also be provided depending on the item and its value.

If you need documentation for insurance purposes, please contact us before or after purchase and we will assist you.

How do you describe the condition of your bags ?

Transparency matters.

Each bag is photographed in detail and carefully assessed. We clearly describe signs of wear, corners, handles, interior condition and hardware and give a clear description of odor, size.


We never hide imperfections. Our goal is to ensure that what you receive matches what you expected.

Can I request additional photos before buying ?

Of course.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes. We ship across Europe and worldwide.

During checkout, you will see available delivery options for your location along with estimated timeframes.

All shipments are carefully packed and fully trackable.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes ?

For international orders, Bam Luxury Store covers import taxes and customs duties on your behalf, so you will not face unexpected charges upon delivery.

However, the local taxes octroi de mer (applicable in specific overseas territories) may still apply depending on the destination.

If you are asked to pay any additional fee upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and assist you accordingly.

How long does shipping take ?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and on the shipping you choose. The fastest is the DHL express 24/48h usually.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your shipment until it arrives safely.

Can I return a bag ?

Due to the unique and often limited nature of our inventory, return eligibility may vary depending on the item.

Are payments secure ?

The available installment options will appear automatically at checkout, depending on your country and the total order amount.

Will I receive an invoice ?
